I need money to help pay for my college. I am a 18 year old bi- racial daughter depending on my single father who is currently unemployed, was recently diagnosed with cancer, and has had a kidney transplant within the past 5 years. I am majoring in international studies (primarily because one day I'd like it to be my duty in helping helpers with the same problems I have, especially in developing countries.) and am majoring in German and Arabic languages. I am a Dean's List student, and take part in much community service and extra-curricular programs. It is my first time being un-employed since I was 14. All of my past employers can give outstanding letters of recommendation. However, I am currently un-employed because I am trying to stay on the Dean's List as a full time student to obtain scholarships. Nonetheless these scholarships just aren't cutting it. When people say that there are plenty of scholarships out there they forget include the requirements necessary to fulfill them, and the raging number of people applying for them. I need your help. Investing in me would me investing in yourself, and others. Please help me. Any donated amount will suffice.
